WOOKEY FILMS SELECTED FOR ISO’S CBC-APTN EARLY STAGE SCRIPTED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR INDIGENOUS CREATORS

Wookey Films is thrilled to be selected as one of two recipients of the APTN/CBC Early Sage Scripted Development Program for Indigenous Creators. The program offers unique one-on-one development support with training in series-bibles, character development, pitching, budgeting, and broadcaster relationships. 

Producer Janelle Wookey will be working closely with mentors in the program to movee our original scripted comedy “Talent”, into full development. We’re grateful for the opportunity to elevate our storytelling, inject Métis perspectives, and bring new voices to screen.
