RADIO-CANADA PICKS UP WFI'S SCRIPTED TV SERIES 'LA GAZETTE' FOR DEVELOPMENT

More exciting news as Wookey Films continues to explore the world of scripted television! Gazette, a fish-out-of-water story about a reporter from Montreal working at a small francophone newspaper in Winnipeg, has been picked up for development by Radio-Canada! Originally supported by a different broadcaster, Wookey Films is so excited and grateful to be working through the development process once again on a concept that everyone at Wookey has been excited about from the beginning. Writers Joëlle Bond (L’oeil du cyclone, Entre deux draps, Effet secondaire), and Maxime Robin (La main gauche) are back on the project along with new edition, Marie-Josée Ouelette (Contre-offre, Escouade 99), at the helm as Script Editor.
